Watch his C and E. We all know how beneficial antioxidants (like vitamins C and E) are for our skin, but it turns out that they're great fertility boosters for our guys as well. Here's the deal: A 1987 study published in Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences found that after giving a group of men 1,000 milligrams of vitamin C each day for a week, their sperm counts rose by a staggering 140 percent. What's more, another study found that vitamin E improved sperm's swimming skills (necessary to reach and fertilize an egg). So start feeding him lots of strawberries and tomatoes, which are rich in vitamin C; almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts and mango, all rich in vitamin E; and green leafy vegetables, which are a great source of both.
