You just need 1/4 cup unpopped popcorn, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 tablespoon peanut butter and a pinch of salt. While popping the popcorn, heat the peanut butter and maple syrup in the microwave, pour it over the popcorn, add salt, mix with your hands and voila! Your own crunchy kettle corn with none of the guilt!
