These dishes have just 25 and 40 calories per serving, so you can pile your plate or use them to bulk up other dishes without blowing your daily calorie count, she says. Bonus: They’re both nutritionally dense, which Lillien says helps satisfy your need to feed. “On any given day and at any given meal, you can find me adding a slew of one of these,” she says. “They’re awesome.”
