Bigger Diet Buster: Kettle Corn or Popcorn?
| |

kettle corn vs. popcornIf you're craving something crunchy at a summer festival or fair, is it worse if you choose the kettle corn or the regular popcorn?

Though the kettle corn is by no means a health food at 600 calories and 15 grams of fat for a 5-ounce bag, the regular popcorn is even worse—about 900 calories and 48 grams of fat in a 6-ounce bag! Blame the oil and the butter or butter-flavored topping for those figures, which are about the same as eating a Big Mac and medium fries.
