| |

iced tea or sodaAt your summer barbecue, you want a cold drink to wash down the tasty food. But which drink will do the least harm to your waistline—sweet tea or soda?

Go with the sweet tea. The soda contains phosphorus, which could affect bone strength, but the tea contains antioxidants if you make it at home (a store-bought mix isn't as healthy).
