Just swap the produce out of your crisper, where you're likely to forget about it, and put it front and center on the second shelf instead.
 
Make it even easier to munch the two to three cups a day you should by prepping fruits and veggies when you bring them home, so they’re ready to grab and go when hunger hits. Then, put tempting but calorie-rich choices in the crisper, where you are less likely to reach for them.
